Garage Addition and Conversion
We were asked to take an existing garage and turn it into a M.I.L. unit. The structure has two bedrooms, a walk-in shower and large, open kitchen/dining/living area.
Interior Remodel on Golf Course Rd Arcata
This project started out as an update for the kitchen and living area, but evolved into a complete interior remodel, which included all bedrooms, bathrooms, family/media room, laundry area and deck.
New Residence in McKinleyville
This new residence, overlooking the Mad River bluff and Pacific Ocean, included a two story main house with a mother-in-law unit on the first floor. Radiant floor heating was installed throughout the structure as was state-of-the-art media and communications.
Addition and Remodel in Jacoby Creek
An existing home was modernized to fit the new owners' family's needs. The project included remodeling the kitchen, creating an access to the front deck and views of the bay, modifying & adding to the bedroom areas, as well as designing and building a new small office building.
Design of a Remodel/Addition to a Fortuna Home
The interior and exterior of this home was completely redesigned to meet the new owner's needs. The new home bears no resemblance to its former self.
